This is another excellent Daryl Guppy book - but is not for first time traders. This book covers shorter term trading tactics and these are generally best left to those with some experience and possibly more importantly confidence.

As always Daryl discusses the tools that will be needed to take advantage of shorter term movmements such as the type of data and brokerage support which will be needed. He then moves on to the reasoning and psychology behind the trading techniques and how these are relying on finding and exploiting excited crowds.

The techniques that are covered are vaired and include dividend strategies, trading of precision triangle and flag patterns that lead to high probability profits and short term trading of overnight gap situations. These are covered in detail from finding and then entering in to these opportunities while maintaining some degree of control over risk.

I recommend this book to traders who are either succesful or very confident and are looking to trade on a shorter time frame from hours to days. This type of trading takes iron discipline and belief in our analysis. Anyone who has trouble on a longer time frame will probably have trouble with these techniques.

This is an excellent book on shorter term techniques.
