The Stator AFM is a powerful tool that allows traders to monitor open trades and assess closed trades. Using Stator AFM traders can update all the prices within their portfolio at the touch of a button. The program also allows users to set alerts so that the program tell us if targets or trailing stops have been hit. We can also attach trade notes, charts and electronic contract notes to each trade so that all the necessary files are located in one place.

Using this power traders can essentially run a trade diary, keep the trading plan, copies of the graphs and all relevant taxation and performance details in one easy to use toolbox, reducing the time done doing paperwork and increasing the time spent researching and uncovering opportunity.

Open Trades

The Screenshot to the right shows how the open trades in a portfolio appear. From this page we can view a number of statistics regarding the trade.

We can also enter the details for the sale of the trade by pressing the "Sell" button at the bottom of the screen. By Double clicking on the entry we can change specific details of the trade.

With the touch of a button we can have the prices within the portfolio automatically updated using Yahoo! data. This again saves time

By pressing the "Portfolio - Parcels" tab (see the top of the screen shot) the same sort of screen is shown but it contains many more statistics.

From the second screen we can enter profit targets and stop levels for each trade. If these are hit we are automatically alerted as the data is updated.

From the second screen we can also attach Trade Notes and Management Plan's to the trades. This allows our plan to be easily viewed when updating our details. Further to this we can add electronic contract notes and charts of the entry and exit points for performance analysis. Having all these things in one place saves time and is a handy thing for traders who like to review their performance.


Closed Trades

The Screenshot below shows how the closed trades for the StarTraderReport.com. From this page we can view a large number of statistics regarding the trade including the total profit and loss, percentage profit and loss, The number of days in the trade and more.

By double clicking on the entry we can also review trade notes, enter the details for the sale of the trade by pressing the "Sell" button at the bottom of the screen. By Double clicking on the entry we can change specific details of the trade.
